What would I Change?

Tue, 03/04/2014 - 16:54 -- marnin4

When life doth breath inside your new body,

A new born baby with plenty of love,

You are perfect; beauty embodied.

However, somewhere along life's line of

Sorrows, we act like only we exist.

"Nobody else matters. Me! Myself! I!"

We change for acceptance, you can't resist.

We change all we are for a giant lie.

If we only used what we learned for good,

And changed for the better of all mankind.

If I could change one thing about me, should

I change to be kind? Life's secret I'll find.

I will not wait to change if I need to.

I'll be a better person, kind and true.
