What Would It Take To Be Heard?

What would it take to be heard? My words fall on deaf ears. No one hears a word. All I want is to be heard. For someone to listen. For someone to care. I update my Facebook status. I tweet my every thought. But everyone scrolls on. Ignoring the loneliness that is so obvious. Too blinded by their own cares Too selfish to do anyone else any good. Don't ask why more and more people Take their lives End them or just give up. It's because no one cared enough. If you ask me why I write Well it's just so plain to me I'm trying to be heard And let my words affect the few who care to see
