If I could change the World

There would be no child labor,

No human hands curled

Around the broomsticks of our neighbors.

Every child would have a home,

No love or feelings hurled

Forced out the flesh around shaking bones.

If I could change the World

Education would be stronger,

No brains of spinning swirls

Our creativity would stretch longer.

If I could change the world

I'd reach for the stars,

Break past the bars

And fly far beyond.
