You are more than:

a weight

an age

a name

a race

a gender

or a stereotype

You are you

 in a world of them

You have a future

You have a past

You have had happiness and laughter

and with that comes pain and tears

You have flaws

and you have made mistakes

You have been forgiven and you have forgave

You have regrets

You have memories

You have stories to share

and advice to give

and no one can take any of that away from you

You are one perfectly imperfect human being

and that is something to be proud of.
