What You Do

Another time, another place It seems so different but it's all the same The same old ways, familiar lies New girl to be victimized You descend throughout the day Inspecting your youthful prey You steal their innocent hearts Leading them on from the start Not knowing your true intention Amused by all the suspension You linger, waiting for their soul to burn Cause they're just silly girls, who will never learn Used lines, faked smiles Your time with her won't last awhile Pretty face, flawless grace But soon she'll be replaced Why do you act the way you do Allowing rain to seep through When you're done you'll move on Not realizing what you've was wrong With time she'll finally heal But you'll never know how it feels To be scarred and abandoned too Why do you do what you do Another time, another place It seems so different but it's all the same
