What You See

What is it that you see when you look at me?

Just another ebony chick full of anger?

If only you had the chance to walk in my shoes,

then you'd understand why i act the way i do.

I live a life filled with pain,

doing my best not to go insane.

Like everyone else nothing comes easy for me.

However when you look at me thats not what you see.

Perhaps you see someone who has it all,

someone with everything she wants and has no flaws.

This is the furthiest from the truth.

You'd change your mind if you knew half the things i've been through.
