Whats deep underneath

People look at me and all they see is a pretty face,

they judge me by my looks which really is a disgrace.

I am so much more then what people see,

when I have a dream, there is no stopping me.

When it comes to things I love, will not believe how I care,

the judging does not stop because of the color of my hair.

Yes I'm blonde and girly, that is a fact,

but when it comes to loyalty I'll always have your back.

When I set my mind to something I complete every task.

Now lets take a look inside me and view without the mask.

I'm not afraid to attempt a challenge, I will do it without a fear.

I will listen when you need me, I have always been sincere.

I am a very strong girl, with a creative mind,

my goals in life are extremely one of a kind.

Rapping is my hidden talent, it truely makes me smile,

I know I should stop, but I have said that for a while.

It makes me feel free, like a container without its lids,

but one thing I love more then rapping is working with kids.

I work at a preschool so I see them everyday,

I sit with them for hours and we just laugh and play.

Even though I see them a lot I wish I could see them more,

nothing beats hearing them scream my name when I walk through the door.

I would do anything for them, if that's not clear to see,

I am supossed to change their lives, but they are the ones changing me.

When I am feeling down, they hug me and say please don't cry,

I am lost for words at times and don't even know how to reply.

That is why I want to be a teacher, best job in the nation,

I will not give up until I make it, I have so much determination.
