What's Left of Me

You've melted away these layers.

And all that's left is a liquid matter.

With no form.

No bone.

No structure.

Just marrow—

More liquid than anything.

With a desire to reach out and touch,

Your flesh.

The only desire to have ever mattered.

The only desire to have ever cared.

But that's all gone, now.

For what is left is nothing.
