What's love?

Pain is already hard to swallow...But when you realize how alone you are...Well that swallowing turns into choking.

Going back in time and wishing things were different only makes the aching last longer.

Pretending to be fine only drowns you further.

The future is set... that’s what everyone says.

They all say when you respect someone then you remain loyal to them... where does that leave us?

The warmth from that coffee that we shared in our favorite cups are gone.

That road trip we took couldn’t escape thee distance we already put between each other.

The city lights have dimmed and the loud rums of all the cars have gone soft and quiet.

Certain things you get back and certain things you just don’t.

But... There is something beautiful about pain.

It lets us know we are alive,

If we feel the pain then we know our blue hearts may be broken but they still tick.

Our hearts can still beat and be hopeful even while dealing with the pain.

That’s powerful.

That’s special.

That’s love.
