What's money when theres no love
I am a happy girl so it seems,
but really that is not always me.
My dad, bought me a smile which I wear daily
he thinks because of money I live gayley.
I have it all, nice home, nice cars, and nice clothes,
but these are not the things I would've chose
for a hug, a kiss or a simple I love you I would've appreciated more,
for those are the things I really long for.
My dad thinks having material luxirous is enough,
I wish he knew that living with out love is tough
slowly I fall without anywhere to land,
I feel it slipping through my fingers like sand.
I am falling to pieces, I am screaming,
I am afriad he cant hear me, my world is leaning
will he catch me? will he see?
that I am not that happy girl I seem to be?
