We fight for what’s right, We fight for what’s good We fight for what’s true We fight for the safety of you Is what they all say, But what defines right? What defines good or true? All these rules regulate us, Blind us from the actual truth. They tried to overpower us They tried to contain us, hurt us, control us, It amazes me how they can speak of love and conquer in the same sentence, Love is what helps us establish righteousness, stability, and truth, Love empowers us, it makes us want to fight, for what love defines as right. Without love, all there is to take over is war, So, we fight, we fight to stop war, We fight for what is real in our hearts, We fight for our safety, for us and the future generations, We fight for what is right And love speaks the truth.
