What's in a title?

Titles are so restricting, no? They say what you are and what to be. Leaving very little room for creativity, a title in a sense crushes ones imaginative self. Leaving one with nothing but what that title says. A janitor cleans, a poet writes, and the teacher teaches, but what of the person that lies beneath? Now that's what the title doesn't reach.
