What's your reason?

You cut me down

Leave me broken

What's your reason?

Is it fun

Is it exciting

Do you find joy from my pain,

Or do you even care?

Do you care

That those words

Those awful

Despicable words

They tear me apart.

Do you even care?

Do you care

That this pain

This awful pain

Is unbearable

And it's all your fault

You’ve hurt me

Beyond words

Beyond thoughts

It's terrible

To live

In a world

with such pain

Caused by your words

Those simple words

That tear me down

Over and over

So again, I ask you

What's your reason?
