When...

When you're alone

Staring at the wall

Asking yourself is it worth

Risking it all

When you don't know where to turn

And you decide you are done

Think of how your family will feel

When you are already gone

So put down the blade

And seek the help you need

For once you are better

You will be happy, indeed
