When did love become a waste
The more love I hold
The more I regret
I was never told
That it could be a threat
Loving so deep
And wanting to take
But I won't make a peep
It only makes me ache
I yearn for you in a way
You could never feel the same
But maybe that can end today
I will take the blame
Anything that falls apart
I will shoulder
For you were a work of art
And I'm getting colder
