When Dose it Ends
Who does it
When dose it
How does it
Where does it
end
Sirens all in my ears
Fallen souls breakin bones to bitter pieces
Hell I can’t even sleep at night
Gun shots spurrin flames held inside into reality
Young kids thinkin they grown
Still got baby brain on the tongues
When dose it ends
My brothas n sistas out her
Bangin harder than life itself
The level of self respect
Fail to live
In the hood
Fightin
Over a damn block
They don’t even own
Barely own self
What ashame
Young thugs standing on the corner
With no hope
Where does it
Chicks out here tryna get that money
Chasin after that good life
Through a guy who ain’t got
No love
Not even for himself
No love for her
But she don’t give a F**K
MY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
I long for the days
Of how great it was to grace the world with blackness
Beauty once in my eyes
Now shame took its place
The sight isn’t pretty
Now my people seems to be the joke around town
Ha joke on us
Been brainwash
Not evening knowing we got the power to take it all back
And return to the glory days
Wait
Head banging against the walls
Sirens all in my ears
Dead bodies surrounding my reality
Cox back
It’s me standing front and center of the shot
I am frail
Youth shedding blood in the hands of our future
Every death causes by the streets
Is a part of me
MY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who does it
When dose it
How does it
Where does it
Who’s to blame
Us all
Fallen dependent to the government
Not realizing this was their plan all along
To see an end of a race
Who’s filled with greatness and don’t even know it
Separated us by continents, countries, islands, states, cities, counties, regions, hoods, blocks, and bodies
People of the same tone
Can’t even come together
As one
To fight
For a common cause
Until then
Blood replace the bodies
MY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When does it end
If not with you
Not I
Nor they or them
But us
We can all end the
tears and sickness
cause by cruelty of the world
by people
