When I...

When I try
they laugh,
wanting me to fail
When I fly
they bring me down,
begging me to fall
When I lie
they call me out,
praying for my sins
When I cry
they make fun of me,
loving my pain
When I die
they view my body
wishing they had known me better
When I try
they laugh,
wanting me to fail
When I fly
they bring me down,
begging me to fall
When I lie
they call me out,
praying for my sins
When I cry
they make fun of me,
loving my pain
When I die
they view my body
wishing they had known me better
