When I Miss You

When I miss you,
I walk outside and look up at the sky,
somewhere in my heart I know that if your looking up with me
we'll see the same thing,
the clouds may not be the same shape,
the stars may not shine the same,
and the sky may not be the same color.
But I know the sun and the moon will always be
in the same place,
shine the same,
and be the same size,
it will show me that no matter where we are in the world
and no matter how far away we are from each other
we are still as close as ever
