When I see you

When I see you I remember the time we met In the class of grade eight Your stole the heart of a thirteen year old kid When I see you I remember how you made me smile Even when I gave up I thank you for that When I see you It feels like it's just the two of us Alone in the world , with no fears I loved you for that When I see you I'm reminded of how you broke me My body, my heart and my soul I hated you for that When I see you I'm reminded of how alone you made me feel Believing I'm a lost cause But no matter what you do to me I still love you
