When I was little.

When I was little, I thought of many extraordinary things. I thought of cups that cling Birds that sing Knots in string Flowers in spring But most of all, I thought about the world. Mostly about what happens in this world, How skirts twirled Windmills whirled Hair curled And how cats curled, Into their little balls. I thought of running through the halls Beautiful waterfalls Cold snowballs Fragile porcelain dolls When I was little, these were the extraordinary things that I thought about.
