When I was Younger

Do you remember, when I was younger When I thought that time went by so slow and couldn't wait,to be a year older when i only cared if the wind would blow Do you remember, when i couldn't wait to make my own decisions; my own rules but now, time flies by; makes me want a gate that turns back time; wouldn't that be cool Mom, I'm almost grown up now, but I so don't want to be. I wish that i could still be the kid who thought time was a foe because she always had spare time to kill Now to me time is just a greater foe cause soon away is where I'll have to go
