When i watch you

When I watch you

enveloped next to the person you call husband

struggling, yet the pain in your smile seeks happiness

When I approach you

terror fills in your eyes

wondering what will happen next

When I scream in excitement

your slippery body slithers from the crowd

like a snake in search of its way

When I try to comfort you

your mind wonders thinking what your man might do

When I seek for your help

your worn out hands gets soaked in sweat

allowing fear to ruin your life

When I call out your name

those sharp eyes look directly at me

no motion, no gesture, just staring.
