When I'm Older

When I'm older you won't be able to hurt me anymore.

I'll have the power.

I'll be in control of my own life and you'll be helpless.

You'll be nothing, just like you make me feel.

I'll never shed another tear because of you.

Your words will lose their sting

And your actions will come back to haunt you.

I might feel bad for you if I wasn't so consumed by my hatred.

I can't wait until I'm older.
