When the Monster Takes over.

Just another day,

Not able to keep a smile.

Just the want to sleep,

The want to run and hide.

My monster is depression.

The feeling of drowning

I'm fighting for air.

All that time of kicking, and struggling,

My body just gives up,

All that's left is to give in,

To the monster inside me.

So I give in.
