When On My Deathbed I Am Free

I watched a busy bumblebee Circling round and round in glee. When on my deathbed I am free, May I be as blessed as thee. I watched an eagle flying free, I longed to see as he could see. When on my deathbed I am free, May I be as keen as thee. I watched a leaf fall from a tree. O if it only that were me. When on my deathbed I am free, Softly I would fall with thee.
