When my thoughts meet paper n

When my thoughts meet paper there’s nothing more shallow

yet it’s the only place where I find any depth

its the only place my heart finds any rest

its the only time life doesn’t interject, abruptly disturbing any sense of peace I had left

yeah when my thoughts meet paper life is no longer in effect

But at the same time my emotions come into full effect

it changes one thing but bring about another

Renaming it Tyler cause it’s a paradox

like a four horned triceratops

it bothers me with thoughts of life already lived

about todays mother

and I’ll never bother to speak these thoughts out loud

what they say is everything short of profound

only about places my feet have touched the ground

yeah maybe I should go a little deeper

talk about the problems in society

maybe even it’s its people

But I’m selfish

and besides screams of equality come out from every bodies mouth

screams of a better society are already getting too loud

but these are just my thoughts when they meet paper
