When the pages crumble

When the pages crumble
And we run out of ink
There'll be nothing to do but sit there and think
No longer on the brink
of discovery
Far from any solace if recovery
We will look to the faded sky
And wonder why we let humanity die
Why we printed useless ink
Without an honest word of what we think
And soon enough we runout

When the pages crumble
We won't be in distress
We already saw our lives colliding to this big crazy mess
We we will just sit and think
As we forgot to before

When the pages crumble
The wind will collect whirlwinds of regret
And flames of I never meant it
But

When the pages crumble
None of this means anything
The pages are already gone
And
The reader sits there empty handed
But idle brained
More in collective retrospect then in their own brain
But that is when the pages crumble
Today's another day
