When she left

When she left it happend a couple of times not just one time.

I used to believe she did it because she loved me and she would come back.

then one day she left for the final time.

I didn't believe it, I thought and would still believe she was coming back.

I waited but she never showed, and as time passed.

I began to take responsibilty for the things she wasn't taking care of.

I would wear the same clothes and would barely speak to others in school

I was blind sided by it

Then one day DSS came knocking on my door and took me away

I always would hold on to the past and I thought that if I went back she would be there

I still remember the day when my older sister got her shit together and left to go move to Florida and  go to college

I believe that that day must have been the best day of her life

I am seventeen years old now

I have come to the relization that the negative things I have held onto in the past belong where they are.

Now I find myself in a committed relationship, where I know I would never hurt him.

I am now recovering from all the pain.

I took my SAT's

and everday I am always doing my part to go to school and be a 2016 graduate of BrentWood Highschool.

I plan on going to college, me being the first one in my family to go.

and the rest is unwritten.
