When the sun sets

Sunsets are everywhere, some are bright, some are dim, some flow like a river cutting through the edges of a forest and some disappear in the blink of an eye, but none are like the sweet Oklahoma sunset, yes the sweet Oklahoma sunset my lights are off as I fix my bed I feel the sweet peach glow of the sun looking though my blinds, I lift them, and see my beloved Oklahoma sunset staring back at me, the pink cotton candy clouds dissolving into the baby blue sky that slowly turns into a navy blue sea with thin white stripes casting by as if God himself has run his fingers through the sky but moments later on the now black sky rows of diamonds appear and shine and that's the end of yet another sweet Oklahoma sunset, sweet Oklahoma sunset yes, that sweet Oklahoma
