When Tides Turn

7/07/13

We come into life

believing in good

and dreaming the better

for some are privileged

others must work

then there are those

who must work harder

through trials and tribulations

and lose themselves

with every obstacle

but someday

the tides do turn

and we get stronger

and our faith

and find our way

to better days

then we believe

and dream

once more

on how we can be

the ones to change the world
