When You Entered My Life
I walked into the room,
the Desiderata projected on the screen
It filled the space with words of understanding and peace,
I couldn't help but fall in love.
I fell in love with it and you.
I fell in love with the way you sounded.
I fell in love with the way you flowed.
So perfectly could you fall from the tip of my tounge.
So far could I make you go.
Never had I found something so grand.
Never had I felt such a love or demand.
To a lot of people ink on paper is nothing more.
But to me it gave a love so pure.
It's a way to express your thoghts to the universe.
It's a way to know that there are others,
and you're not alone.
Becasue of that poem I read on that fateful day,
now I know that i've found my way.
My way to make an impact on the world,
and my way to find my voice.
