When You're Alone

When you're alone.. No one knows.

And if anyone came and found you... Anyone at all,

It would be a miracle

Sometimes when you are alone, day or night,

It's the only time you can really feel human.

You get consumed by your thoughts,

your thoughts could possibly hurt you.

Being alone is dangerous sometimes.

You yearn for someone to find you,

but no one knows that you need them to look.

If someone found you in a moment when you are alone,

it would be a miracle.

If anyone,

anyone at all found you in the darkest of moments,

and you didn't even have to tell them,

...and they just knew,

that would be a miracle.

I found that poetry is the one and only way to fully get out what's stuck in my mind/ heart. A dear friend of mine encouraged me to write poetry and ever since then, I've written these poems. In less then a year, my poems have become well liked amongst friends and family. The first 15 I posted are the first 15 I did in a year's time. I write for me, and for other people who want to read them. If you don't like what I write, then don't be hateful. Only be critical.
