But where?

Closing the cab door was the start

Walking across the stage made the mark

But where did the change come from?

My heart used to pound with anger

but now all I feel is the desire

to love, live and laugh with strangers.

But where did the change come from?

Agression used to headline everything

however peace seems to be the new fling.

But where did the change come from?

Time and change are partners

that’s just how the universe works.

Trying to understand where the change came from

but it’s starting to hurt.
