Where Am I?
I've been through the flame and walked through the fire.
it would be a lie if I said I wasn't tired.
I've lived that life;in survival mode.
when I had nobody and nowhere to go.
I've been at the bottom, when I thought it was the end.
when everybody turned their backs and I had not one friend.
I've been at square one where I had to start all over.
I've been at the point of my life where I couldn't stay sober.
I've been through those days when I went through the motions.
where I'd been hurt so much that i felt no emotions.
I've had those days where I questioned myself.
I've been stuck in dark places with no one there to help.
I've been out in the cold.
I've been stuck in the rain,
I've been through the heartbreak and I've lived through the pain.
I've been in those places where I didn't have a say, and those memories won't ever go away.
I've been stuck in the past and I've hid from what's true.
I've tried to forget by staying on the move.
it's all hard to deal with when everything slows down.
there's so much to think about when everything's quiet and no body's around.
