Where am I going?

The bell rings once, twice, three times.

Another chapter,

another sentence to jot down in the book of my journey.

I'm on my way,

one class, two papers, three more problems

and countless hours of hard work at a time.

I'm on my way,

laying the bricks to the path of my career

helping children

our future

being a positive light

in a world that says otherwise

I'm on my way,

to becoming a

pediatrician.
