I’ve been searching for so long

Eyes brimming with tears

Who knows where it is

What I thought was my home

Breaking all ties

Leaving behind memories

Embracing sorrow

Where do I go?

My world was small

Filled with few happy moments

By snatching it all from me

What did you get out of it?

Time has left its mark on everything

From moments spent with friends and family

Some happy, some sad

Everything is destroyed now

Only my life is left
