Where have all the birds gone?

Where are they?

Hiding from a storm?

From an enemy yet to be seen,

Or are they simply going about their day?

To busy to know the world, swirling about them?

Maybe just, maybe they are here right before our eyes

In plain sight, unafraid of the day that is before them.

Could we learn from them?

To take on the day that we face

Without fear of what may come our way.
