Where have I gone, I want to come back

It is 1:37pm on a saturday

I have not eaten yet today

I am hungry but I feel no need to

the time was about 8:30 when I woke

a decision was made to take myself

out to lunch

I cannot go yet for I have not

brushed my teeth

someone is in the shower

I wait

sitting in loneliness

trapped in my own room

loud noises and yelling occupying

the house

deciding between several but unappealing

options for lunch

I do not have a car

walking is my mode

left with only a few

no friends to come along

those are gone

just me

storming has begun

bathroom is still occupied

is there even a purpose to my endever

downstairs I go to eat whatever I see

bored

bored of a repeat day

bored of my room

bored of this city

bored of being alone

I forgot how to socialize

do I talk too much or too little?

are they just nice or do they

want to be my friend?

nevermind the second one

I have a free day next week

Art Institute is what I decide to

occupy my time

alone

I will go alone to ease my mind

the thought of getting someone to go

is unbareable

no response, no interest, too busy

thats all my phone displays

all alone I go

Cancelled Stamp

I really felt what you were trying to convey in this poem. I love how raw it was, not pertaining to any certain structure or technique. It was just real words from you, real words that hit close to home. I'd love to read more of your writing. :')
