Where the Hope Came From


The future is far

The destination is there

But the waiting is long

For a future with despair

But hope will shine 

In the present, today

As I smile with friends 

When I go out to play

They are the reason

That life is great

and they lead me to another tomorrow 

To a future without sorrow
