Where Were You

You care huh? Where were you when blood dripped down my arm? Where were you when my pillow soaked with tears? Where were you when I was drowning in my own tears? Where are you now. Why aren't you the one trying to make me take the razor away from my arm. Why aren't you the one hugging me saying everything will be okay. Why aren't you the one listening to my issues. Why don't you care when no one else does. Where are you?
