Wherever the walls between righteous

Wherever the walls between righteous anger and judgement

You haven't found them

Letting your pain fuel your decent into darkness

You fail to find satisfaction

Yet you continue your quest for vengeance

With no regard for the suffering it causes

You couldn't let the pain disappear with the sun as it sets

Where once there was innocence

There is only a bitter heart

You were wounded like everyone else

At least you had something to hold

But in your quest

You have burned away every good person you once had

Now you have no one

Congratulations

You found the monster you seeked

But you destroyed everything else in the process

You became the beast you sought to destroy

But even now you have a chance for redemption

If you can put aside your anger

And with both your enemy and one who once called you friend

Make amends
