Where’s the Beach?

The sun is out and it is warm This day is better than the norm There is nothing I would rather do Than go to the beach and see the blue The white, warm sand between my toes Forgetting all about this year’s woes I enjoy the sun and the cool sea breeze I just want to sit back and feel at ease The water looks crisp and the surf is great What to do first is the great debate The water feels refreshing across my skin It is impossible to hold back my giant grin Oh waves! There is nothing I would rather do Than come to the beach and be with you

I'm from the South-Bay so the beach is very important to me. I support the protection and cleaning of the beaches. This poem was made to show how much the beach matters to me.
