in which the girl cries wolf

on mondays, the girl runs fast and swift, dives into a week of stress

she runs from the fears that hold her back and everything bad

on wednesday she fights herself to push through the bullshit and frustrations

the lost thoughts emerge telling her to run, telling her to leaving, telling her

telling her

telling her

a broken record

too much running through her head, not enough space

a broken girl

“help me! help me” she cries

wolf dressed in sheeps clothing

broken girl, scared girl

help me.

on monday girl goes to class, head clear, heart clear.

last week fading like a bad dream

help me.

a broken record

on mondays

a wolf dressed in sheeps clothing

the girl smiles, teeth sharp and glinting, eyes fierce

help me.

the girl cries wolf and eats everything that comes to help.
