While You're Away
In the dark,
I swear I feel
Your arms around my heart
In the day
I think of you
I pretend it's ok
Knowing that you're
A million miles away
In the war
Makes every letter
Every sentance
That much better
I count down the weeks
Until I can see
The red in your cheeks
Until then I
talk to my steering wheel
Pretending I'm looking you in the eye
