WhirlWInd

As dawn approaches,

the light slowly encroaches.

The shadows begin to fade,

yet things are not as they are portrayed.

Suddenly, the wind picks up,

The leaves twirl round and round.

I try to walk straight, with no luck.

I stuble and fall to the ground.

The clouds roll in,

The world seems to spin,

Lightning clashes overhead,

But its the rain - that I truly dread.

The rain soaks me to the bone,

WHile the wind sends shivers down my spine.

Out here, I am all alone

and nothing will ever be fine.
