Whisper to Myself

What a burden love can be

Evoking  dark soliloquies
Tethered by not one condition
Shades the tunnel of one's vision
Clouding skies towards darker grays
Forever changed the tone of days
& I wonder in my latter age
If i'll still understand your name
Whisper quiet to my self
That I loved you and no one else
