A Whisper of Thought So Loud

Able to breath,  to think, and to see,

More importantly, just able to be.

A mind that dreams and attains,

With delicate memories that stain.

Stains of beautiful, colored emotions,

That swirl and change with such simple notions.

Notions as great as friendship, love, and philosophy,

And some so small as money, time, and novelty.

Souls that create things once non-existent,

Hearts that form beats unlike another's in an instant.

Faces that describe with each little detail,

Yet only describing the part of you so frail.

For what matters most is the you on the inside,

The you that is grand, wonderful, and alive.
