Whispers

Day is awaken by songs,

Nature's wonderful gift.

Such a beatiful gift stirs,

Tender thoughts of you.

Undeniable, heartfelt yearnings,

Course through my existence,

Within my world of one,

There is little I can do.

My universe dwindles to moments,

Moments collide with truth,

Truth teases or reflects,

Rationality is mute.

Lucid is the mind's fogginess,

Questions dart or refrain,

Something forgotten presents itself,

Ashes are all that remain.

Dreams become reality,

Outside my window,

My Muse whispers to me,

Creativity's magic begins to flow.
