Whispers
I feel the whisper
it tell me its okay
My mind tells me to ignore it, to not give in
But the whisper caress my ear
its warm breath that fans over my face
telling me to do it
its soft voice alluring me to my downfall
finding my weaknesses and using them against me
do not give in your stronger than this my mind yells at me
but the whisper enchants me
it tells me of sweet nothings
its sickley sweet voice leaving my ears coated in sugar
do not listen walk away I hear my mind say
but its buried behind this fog,
fog so deep I stumble and trip over myself
the whisper smirks and engulfs me in its warmth
a warmth so sweet with corruption that I can feel myslef drowning-
suffocating in its sweetness
but the fog covers it and all I feel is ecstasy
and I forget about my troubles
the sweet nothings promised dominating my mind
and an alarm sets off, this isnt right my mind says
the fog starts to clear and I step away
but the whisper comes back
it unceremoniously whipsers in my ear
its cunning voice hiting all my weak spots
it sees my determination slipping away
once again it engulfs me in its warmth but this time I let it
allowing it to submerdge my mind in water drowning my subconscious in the process,
the little fixity I had was thrown out the window
lost in the wind with no hope of returning
then I'm falling
falling deep into the temptation
so deep that I can not see anything but the malevolent drakness
darkness so dark that it suffocates me
squeezing what life I had to nothing,
nothing but a pile of ashes.......
