Whispers of the Dead

Guns firing, bombs exploding. Women and children, screaming and crying, begging for mercy, begging for their lives. Voices of blood painting, trickling down walls resound through the moonlit streets. Victims fall silent. Quiet crackling of fires from a distance Whispers of dying souls fill the air. The war rages on.
